  • HOW EARLY SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?

    If you feel  there's a connection between you and our work, contact us right away for your pre-wedding consultation . This is to ensure you get the date you want. You can book us as early as between sixteen(16) to eight(8) months before your wedding date. To provide you the best possible experience on your wedding day, we only accept a maximum of two(2) to three(3) weddings per month. Please be reminded that the summer season (June - September) tends to fill up so quickly.

  • DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

    Wedding Photo and Wedding Video require a retainer(non-refundable) of One Thousand Canadian dollars($1000) each to process and secure your booking. It is your gateway to officially book with us in addition to the signed contract. The remaining amount can be paid at any time, no less than seven(7) days before your wedding date.

  • HOW WILL YOU DELIVER PHOTOS / VIDEOS?

    WEDDING & ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS | Photos are delivered through an online private gallery. You will be given twelve(12)-months of access to download and share your gallery starting from the day your gallery got completed.


    WEDDING VIDEOS | Videos are delivered through an online private gallery. You will be given a decade of access to download and share your gallery starting from the day your gallery got completed.

  • HOW SOON DO WE GET OUR PHOTOS / VIDEOS AFTER THE WEDDING OR ENGAGEMENT PHOTO SESSION?

    WEDDING PHOTOS | A sneak peek gallery of a few selected photos will be delivered within seven(7) days after the wedding date. The standard post-production process typically takes four(4) to twelve(12) weeks, starting from the day after your wedding. The completion period is only an approximate length, and any longer periods necessary for completion will not void this contract. It depends on the time of the year. The month of June through September is typically our busiest season.


    CINEMATIC WEDDING FILM | A sixty (60)-second sneak peek video is delivered within ten(10) days after the wedding date. The standard post-production process typically takes four(4) to twelve(12) weeks starting from the day after your wedding for us to complete your wedding video gallery. The completion period is only an approximate length, and any longer periods necessary for completion will not void this contract. It depends on the time of the year. The month of June through September is typically our busiest season.


    ENGAGEMENT SESSION | The standard post-production process typically takes two(2) to four(4) weeks starting from the day after our engagement session for us to complete your engagement photo gallery.

  • DO YOU OUTSOURCE YOUR EDITING?

    We never outsource our edits. My husband and I handle the post-production process. Dedicating our time on edits keep us emotionally connected to the wedding. This is a vital element in our workflow both for consistency and improvement.

  • ARE YOU LEGALLY ALLOWED TO OPERATE IN BANFF NATIONAL PARKS?

    Yes, our business is licensed and has a permit to operate in Banff National Parks. Every calendar year, we renew all required documents to operate legally.

  • ARE YOU LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?

    Yes, we are inclusive wedding photographer/s and videographer/s.

  • DO YOU DO DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
